Well, we’ve been banging on a build of the game for two days now, and let me tell you: It can and does. The grappling hook enables you to do so many insane things in Just Cause 2, that you’ll probably find yourself just playing with it at times and ignoring your missions. This is not a grappling hook like you’ve played with in Bionic Commando or Lost Planet; this is something straight off the drawing board of a madman. A madman who likes to have fun.
