NAMCO BANDAI Games Europe S.A.S announced today the launch of an ENSLAVED: Odyssey to the West inspired post-apocalyptic design contest in the UK. Budding artists are invited to visit www.enslaved-thegame.com to submit their visions of a future without humans by Friday, October 1st 2010 to be in with a chance of winning a truly unique prize.

Developed by Ninja Theory Ltd, the vision of the future in ENSLAVED depicts nature, broken free from the oppression of human interference, reclaiming the concrete monoliths and sprawling cityscapes of mankind’s reign to present a post-apocalyptic world of lush greenery and vibrant colors. However, the remnants of man’s last war remain with deadly mechs roaming the landscape serving one purpose only: killing survivors.

NAMCO BANDAI are asking talented designers to produce a piece of artwork inspired by the beautiful, yet deadly reimagining of Earth in ENSLAVED: Odyssey to the West, with the winning entry to receive two copies on their preferred format with their design featured on a unique cover and an extra-large framed print signed by members of the design team at Ninja Theory.
