Duke Nukem Forever Website Open & Playable @ Pax East

The folks at Gearbox Software have flipped the switch on the official website for Duke Nukem Forever. The website - http://www.dukenukemforever.com - no longer redirects to a splash page. Fans are now able to watch the official trailer, download wallpapers and checkout several pieces of media the company has made available.

In a second announcement Gearbox is teasing a playable portion of DNF at their booth (#936) at Pax East in Boston this weekend. It has been reported that the multiplayer will be playable for the first time. It is unknown if the Pax East demo will have a single player portion.

As soon as more information on Duke breaks we will be sure to bring it to you. The game is set to launch on May 3rd in North America and on May 6th in Europe. You will be able to read our full review during the game’s launch window.

What is your opinion on the long in development Duke Nukem Forever? Do you think it will be worth the 13 year wait? I’ve made it no secret that I am a huge Duke Nukem fan. I will be getting the game on as many platforms as I can at the midnight launch. Duke Nukem launch party? I think so!
